MEMBERSHIP RATES

CrossFit Merit is a coaching facility, not a typical gym that you walk into and use on your own. Our members only come in during scheduled class times, that are lead by a coach from start to finish. Classes are small, with no more than 10 athletes. Regardless of what class you attend, close attention is paid to all athletes to maintain safety and individual attention.

We don’t require any long-term commitment. Thats right, NO CONTRACTS. We don’t even require a short-term commitment. You are free to go from CrossFit Merit at any time because we do not believe in contracts. All we ask if that you give us notice by the 14th day of the month you want to leave. Simple right? We will EARN your loyalty, it shouldn't just be GIVEN.

All Membership change requests must be emailed to info@crossfitmerit.com 14 days prior to the 1st of the month. (Example:  If you want to stop AutoPay for May, the email to stop the May Membership would need to be emailed by April 16th.)  Failure to notify by the deadline will result in the payment for the next month processing.  No refunds will be processed.

Fundamentals Course

One of our most important jobs as coaches is to set you up not only for success, but success for the long haul. You will eventually have the opportunity to graduate to our group classes. But before you do, we want to ensure that you feel confident in CrossFit movements, and can safely join group classes.  

During your Fundamentals Course you will complete 4 small group or approximately 4 one-on-one private training sessions, while becoming familiar with the CrossFit movements, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics-style movements, and different types of endurance methods we use. Importantly, you will learn how to scale workouts to your ability. We also cover mobility, injury prevention and nutrition. And lastly, you’ll be introduced to the amazing community of CrossFit Merit.
