SCHEDULE

At CrossFit Merit our classes combine the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression and recovery. 

NOTE: We will be adding classes as our community grows. Please let us know if there are class times you'd like to see or if a change in our schedule would better serve our community as a whole. Stay tuned for schedule updates.

*12pm Express WOD consists of the warm-up and WOD within the first 30-40 minutes of class. The second half of the hour is optional for the strength/skill work for that day. This is done for athletes who want to train on their lunch break with time to get back to work.
