FUNDAMENTALS

We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize risk of injury. The 4 session Fundamentals course is designed to teach you how to perform the needed movements to confidently join our awesome classes. We also emphasize nutrition and recovery methods to ensure you get the most out of our program.

CrossFit

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is meant to be B.I.G. fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. We provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means our program can have a positive impact on you child’s academics. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

SPECIALTY COURCES

Our Merit Specialty Courses provide avenues for exploring specific topics in small groups in more detail such as olympic lifts, gymnastics skills and endurance sports.

MERIT BOOT CAMP

Merit Boot camp program is designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, medicine balls and functional movements. Boot camp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.

Attend a FREE TRIAL WEEK. We love having visitors at CrossFit Merit. We’ll modify the days workout to meet you at your fitness and ability level.

STEP 2.

Learn the basics of CrossFit by signing up for our next fundamentals course, or get started with our Private fundamentals courses. You can start at any time!

STEP 3.

Join our group classes with a membership, punch card option, or continue with personal training.

My favorite part about Crossfit Merit: they don’t push you for the sake of lifting heavy weights, etc. They want you to work on correct form before ever thinking of lifting more weight. You hear these horror stories about people getting hurt while doing Crossfit and I can’t help but think that’s a result of people not being in the hands of good coaches like they have at Crossfit Merit.
