SCHEDULE

At CrossFit Merit our classes combine the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression and recovery. 

NOTE: We will be adding classes as our community grows. Please let us know if there are class times you'd like to see or if a change in our schedule would better serve our community as a whole. Stay tuned for schedule updates.
